Delivery
Delivery fee will be calculated and added upon checkout
Please include as much information as possible upon check-out to ensure the product is delivered t to the correct address. If we are unable to reach anyone, the product will be left in a safe location near door step of the home or left with front desk/reception (i.e. office, school, university, hospital)
Unsuccessful Delivery: A re-delivery fee will be incurred depending on the product ordered. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier has ATL (Authority To Leave) the product on the property. Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the order rests with the buyer
Le Fromage does not cover the cost of lost or stolen items once delivered
Terms & Conditions
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order's amount will apply should you cancel 48 hours prior to delivery
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays
Le Fromage reserves the right to substitute products and items when products or ingredients may not be available. All substitutions are of similar quality and value, and will be communicated with the customer. May contain traces of nuts.
