Q1. Can you cater for vegan, vegetarians, gluten, lactose free, halal etc… ?
Yes of course! Our packages can be customised to work with any dietary & nutritional requirements.

Q2. Can I leave my platter in the fridge overnight and have it the next day?
Of course! All our orders are made on the day to ensure freshness. You can keep the platters/boxes refrigerated overnight, however it is best to consume within 48 hours (bread and crackers will be included in a separate bag so you can open them whenever you like.
CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES: Our dipped fruit are made to order to ensure freshness and MUST be consumed same day. Please note, all our dipped fruit must be refrigerated, and strawberries have a shelf life of 4hours if left outside the fridge.

Q3. What is the point of having an antipasto grazing station at my event if I have catering (main foods) organised?
Antipasto stations are a great feature to any event and can be designed to suit your particular theme, it is a great way to connect your guests together prior to main meals. It is a great appetiser before main meals and ‘graze’ throughout the night.
There’s always that one person who just wants to nibble on something the whole night, and that’s CHEESE ;)

Q4. Can I customise my catering package? I don’t see one that has everything im looking for.
Absolutely! We will work with you to create the catering menu and customise a grazing table that suits you best

Q5. How long do you need to set up the table?
Depending on the job and size, a minimum of 1.5hr is required to unload, set up and style the table

Q6. Do you provide cutlery?
If you would like to include the basics such as disposable plates, flatware and napkins. These will come at an additional cost depending on your event size. Table rentals are also available for hire.

Q7. How far in advance do I have to book you?
Platters/takeaway boxes: All orders to be placed 24hrs prior to preferred delivery time (subject to availability).
Grazing Tables: If you know your event date for a grazing table, we always recommend you book to save your date as soon as possible. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 1 week prior or earlier to secure your date.

Q8. What happens with the clean-up of the grazing table?
Ok so, there are two options:
Option A: Boxes will be provided for all platters/props to be packed (clean and unbroken) & to be returned to Bass Hill location within 7 business days.
Option B: We can arrange pick-up same day/next day for all equipment – there will be a collection surcharge fee.

Q9. What happens if we break or lose your props from our grazing table?
We understand these things happen! Depending on the item, the value of any platters/bowls/props broken or misplaced will be deducted from the bond.

Q10. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal cheques & bank transfer.
Grazing tables: We require a non-refundable 50% deposit 1 week prior to hold your date and the remaining balance cash on the day
Cancellation fees: Orders cancelled less than 48hrs prior to the event will not be refunded.
